1. Services


Palms Photo Booth offers photo booth rental services for special events such as weddings, quinces, birthdays, and corporate events. Our services include the Selfie Booth, which prints photos instantly, and the Palms 360 EXPERIENCE, which captures 360-degree videos.

2. Booking and Payments


To book our services, you must complete a booking form on our website or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before the event date. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will be subject to the full balance.

4. Use of SMS Communication


By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Palms Photo Booth regarding your booking, event updates, promotions, and other relevant information. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt-out of receiving promotional SMS at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages.

5. Privacy Policy


We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and communicating with you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Event Conduct


You are responsible for ensuring that event guests use the photo booth equipment respectfully and appropriately. Any damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests will be charged to you. Palms Photo Booth staff reserves the right to terminate services if the equipment is being misused or if the environment is deemed unsafe.

7. Image Use and Rights


Palms Photo Booth reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please notify us before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability


Palms Photo Booth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Houston, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions


Palms Photo Booth reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
